Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I just recently got a new comp within the last few days, one with Windows 10. I've noticed that the drop-downs for the forum's tool bar, specifically for your mail, site notifications, and the "Eve Universe" drop-down, break for me in the sense that if I try to mouse over something in the drop-down, it disappears before I can select anything. I don't know how else to explain, but if I try to click on a notification for instance, the drop-down showing them immediately disappears once my mouse leaves the notification flag icon. My character drop-down still works normally, but the other elements of the tool bar all have this issue.

I'm not sure if this is a Win10 sort of thing as I've only just now noticed this behavior. I'm using the same browser I've always used, which is Chrome, so not likely to be an issue there. I do have Adblock, but I've always kept it disabled for this site since it tends to mess with the "like" button. The OS is the only thing that's different, and I've already tried using Firefox and even tried Edge (much to my regret), but the same thing happens with them as well. It's not a big issue, but it kind of makes things a little more tedious and inconvenient than necessary. Any ideas?
