skill queue and clipboard problem

So I updated to the latest EVEMon, and copied my 108 skill training plan to the clipboard. Started EVE client, and selected the new "replace skill queue with clipboard" function. Got "0 skills imported, with a list of the skills not imported. And now I have an empty queue.Sad

Either I'm doing something wrong, or this function doesn't work. Which is it? If the former, how do I fix it?
