Long story short I messed up my Gallente FW standing now I can't join them back. I have many tags where do i turn them in ?? I need to raise it asap so i can get back to FW plex'n. I'm by Orvolle system...

Please any help will be appreciated. I trained even negotiation and UI shows I'm liked by them BUT they still won't accept me! saying I have -.30 standing so confused...

Would doing plex's against the oppoising faction raise it even though im not enlisted?
