Unable to log into SISI

So I recently was interested in going on the test server, however when I tried to log into my account it said "invalid username/password".

I know for sure that I put in the right username and password so I'm unsure as to what is going on.

SiSi is mirrored to TQ every so often. If your account did not exist at that time you may not be in their data base. It's possible that you may need to request to have your account added or wait until the next mirror.

There should be some FAQ or some other help regarding how to do this. If you search around I'm sure there is help for this.

Character data on Sisi is only updated when CCP decide an update is needed, it is not done on a regular or fixed schedule.
If your character was created after the last update to Sisi was done, obviously Sisi will not have any data for your character until the next update is done by CCP.

Exactly when the next update to Sisi will be done is entirely up to CCP, there is no set schedule for it.
