Is Arkonor available in truesec 0.0 belts?

Going off of this table http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Asteroids_and_Ore it looks like the belts in 0.0 nullsec will only contain the losec ores (Hemorphite, Hedbergite, and Jaspet) and the hisec ores. If I wanted to mine Dark Ochre, I'd have to go to -0.2 in Caldari or Gallente space. Is this still the case? I heard one person say that there was a nerf and now all the ores are available in any nullsec regardless of the truesec. What about mercoxit? Is that still <= -0.8?

Answered my own question: actually got my lazy butt out to null and scouted it out.

1) The ORE belts sucked - 0.0 systems only contained losec ores like Jaspet
2) I did find a good cosmic anomoly with mercoxit, arkonor, and bistot with a heavy NCP guard consisting of cruisers and battleships.
3) Talked to my corp, and they said that infrastructure upgrades will make ore sites spawn more regularly.
