Market mistakes resulting in broker fees

Does anybody here have the issue where they sometimes mistakenly set the wrong time period for selling something?

For example, 99% of the time, you use "Sell Immediately". But just once, you had to place a sell order with a 3 month period. But the system remembers your very last input, so you're more likely to place a sell order by mistake on your next order.

I know it's your own fault for doing this, but do you guys want to see them put in some kind of Default option, where the player can create their own default market settings, kind of like how Overview Settings work?

I've done this twice, where I've placed a huge sell order, and spent 9 billion on broker fees each time. I know it's my fault, it's a minor annoyance stemming from the player's own fault.

In my case, this happened because I logged off immediately after I used the 3 month period to sell. The next time I logged in, I just clicked "sell" without realizing it's set to 3 months period. So to prevent making the same mistake again, from now on if I want to use the 3 month period, I have to make sure to sell something else to switch the order back to "Sell immediately" before I log off, so I don't make the same mistake when I log in next time.

But it would be nice if CCP can introduce a feature that allows players to save some kind of default market settings - I mean, we have this for Overview Settings. I assume they could introduce some kind of market window settings that you can save and activate.

Nope. Never had this problem. Of course I place sell orders for 99.99% of stuff I sell.

Also they do have a "remember my settings" box.

If you make a mistake you deal with the consequences - no "undo" button and that's proper. A 9 billion broker fee means your order was at least 300 billion since the maximum broker fee is 3%. If I was working with orders that large, I'd be tempted to develop a process and a checklist for that process. I don't think CCP should need to develop those for us.
