If i were to join a corp am i still able to own and control a citadel of my own?

Player's don't own citadels; corporations do.

However, you can have a no-skill alt in a one-man corp that owns a citadel, and gives you full access even though you are in another corp.

I'll add that there seems to be two things that require in-corp character:

* Accessing the fuel bay.
* Fitting / un-fitting (I assume on-lining and off-lining too)

I've not tried drones & fighter bays, nor ammo, yet.

Still figuring this out myself Ugh
