NCO and NMC are working just fine, its the OTA that is too easy. Personally i never quite understood why its was nerfed in the first place. It wasnt that hard.

All this will do is push the meta of fleets back towards armor with legion nco blitz fleets and reduce the need for faction shield battleship blitz fleet setups. Pre-nerf of OTA's the prefered blitz site was NCO's with vindi sleipner shield gangs and loki legion armor fleets, though the tactics for NCO blitzing were not as refined as they are now. Even then with the slightly longer OTA's the sustained income will only drop at most 10-20 million isk per hour.

All it would do is bring back the balance between VG sites.

And with 10-20mil reduced isk/hour, pray that you dont lose any contests as then you would have been better off running missions.
