Not able to launch EVE

Hello,

I just installed EVE on my Win10 machine. When i click the play button on the launcher, UAC pops up asking to allow DirectXRedist.exe to run. I click yes and get a blank command prompt to show, after a few seconds it disappears and thats it. I have tried to run the launcher as admin but this did not change anything.

Couple of questions. What hardware are you running, and have you tried launching the game as administrator?
