Can't open more than one contract at a time

I don't remember this being an issue before, but this may be the first time I've tried it.

When you open a contract and you have one already open it actually closes your other contract, maybe in the past update it got wonky or something.

I can't imagine why this would have been done on purpose, does this need to go on the bug list?
