what skills do I have?

I'm ingame looking on my character sheet and wondering how I tell what skills I have? If I select "My Skills" from the dropdown box and then Armor it shows click Armor 3 skills. I would assume there are trained (?) but when I click on Hull Upgrades it says Level IV and Omega Clone required. What does that mean?

It also says 90,510 / 512,000 skill points. So Hull Upgrade uses 90,510 skill points? What is the 512,000 number?

If I click on Repair Systems it says Level III when I have My Skills in the dropdown box. I would assume this is one of my skills and it is trained? But then when select the dropdown box for Skills I have prerequisites for Repair Systems is there again and says Level III and is ready to be trained.

In both cases 3 of the 4 boxes are filled.

Thanks in advance.

In a nuttshell:

A grey square means you haven't trained that level of the skill yet.

A white square means you have that skill level trained.

A blue square means that skill/level is in your queue or currently training.

A yellow square means the skill level is only allowed to Omega level accounts. (If you have never been an Omega you will not be able to train it. If you were an Omega those skills/levels will be locked out.)

When you see a message 'Level IV and Omega Clone required' that means you have to train level IV as a prerequisite for that skill and be an Omega account to continue training of that skill.

The 90,510 / 512,000 tells you how many of the skill points you have trained so far - 90,510 is what you have / 512,000 is the total needed for that skill.

As for your Repair Systems skill, check your box colors to know if you have them trained or not. If you see a message that a skill is ready to be trained then you have all the prerequisites needed.

Any skill that is listed when "My skills" is selected are in your head (you can stick still into your head you don't have the prerequisites for yet). The number 512'000 is the amount of skillpoints you need to skill them from 0 to 5.

Hull upgrades can be skilled up to lvl3 on Alpha.

If you take all the sand out of the box, only the cat poo will remain.

Wrong, you can skill up to level 4, and use several T2 modules

Thx for the replies. Right now I have Acceleration III in the training que. The boxes in Acceleration Control show two white and one flashing blue because it's being trained. All good. Now I hold my mouse over the Acceleration Control in the My Skills windows (not the Training Que window) and it says Level II Omega Clone required. So the Level II means I have Level II trained (?) but why does it say Omega Clone required when it's already training? And it says 5,567 / 1,024,000 and does not change as the skill gets trained.

With Acceleration Control level 3 in your queue, if you mouse over the skill in the menu you should see a text window that describes the skill's function, it'll say Level II because that's your current level, and you'll see text in yellow that says Omega Clone required because you can't train it beyond the level 3 that you currently have in your queue.

You should see two white boxes, one blue box, and two small yellow ones for the levels an Alpha can't train.

The 5,567 skill point amount how many it takes to finish training it to level 2.

The skill point amount will not show until you finish the level, or pause the training of that skill.
