Decent PI, system is empty except for our Astrahus and 3 dead sticks. POCO owner is amenable and willing to sell. Can include rolling Megas for a small fee if you'd like.

Asking 1.6 billion. Can do 500m upfront for the entrance, then 800m pre-Astra transfer and the rest after. If you'd rather use a third party you can cover the fees
