A bit late to the party I know, but hey, they're new to me...didn't have them when I played before IIRC.
Just got rid of the skills I messed up back when I first started and reinjected the SP to something much more useful.
I never use Amarr frigs/cruiser/destroyer/battleships or energy weapons so useless skills to me now lol

Great idea CCP :)
