Hello /

I'm looking for ideas and fits to counter svipuls & Navy/Pirate frigates.
95% of what we fight in my sov area

Skills are:

Drones + Turrets + Armor
Ship type: T1 Cruiser Gallente/Amarr

I'm considering Thorax for the tracking and dps. (but low ehp?)
Maller awesome ehp but lack mids to catch them fast svipuls.
Omen maybe ?
Vexor with neuts ?

Let's see what you guys have.
