Greetings!

This character is a pure scanning alt that uses a Helios, and as such has been extracted of most skills unrelated to that purpose. It's PERFECT for wormhole scanning duty, or pvp combat scanning warpin duty because it has almost 200 scan strength. This thing can find T3Cs with the anti-scanner subsystem, no problem!

This character comes with a FULL set of mid-grade Virtues! It also has two prospector scanning implants that complement the virtues.
