Quick Facts Wrong? - Omega Lapsing for boarded ship

A recently posted Quick Facts states : "Lapsed Omega clones can still fly their boarded ship, dock and undock. But no skill bonuses will apply to it.", yet everyone I've had test this indicates they still get an error when trying to undock in a ship that requires omega even if they're still boarded in it. Is this item incorrect or is there a bug?

If this is simply a bug and will be fixed - follow up question: Will Skill-based bonuses and role-bonuses still be given by the ship? e.g. Gila requires Gallente and Caldari to fly, with a role bonus to drones.

Assuming you can undock in the gila as a lapsed Alpha, will you get:

1) Gallente 10% per skill bonus given by ship
2) Drone Damage bonus as a role bonus

Since Alpha state deactivates Caldari cruiser skill, I would imagine the shield resistance bonus would not work regardless
