Jet Can Timer Question

Just curious....what is the jet can timer at these days.

previously I recall it being something like 90 minutes....

Now is see stuff about it being an hour...

Clarification? Handy for new players as well

1 hour + likely 1 more hour.

EDIT: Officially, 1 hour, but they give you an extra hour, but not guaranteed.

I don't think the mechanics have changed on jetcans, but the actual mechanics have always been vague. What I suspect happens is that there are database sweeps that look for any can that is more than a certain age, and all those despawn together. I personally prefer to not let a can age more than 15 minutes, because I usually don't prefer to lose more than 15 minutes of activity, whatever that activity is.

That is what I was always assumed. I imagine it is something like... every 45 minutes, remove jetcans that are more than 1 hour old.
