if you need to ask you are probably not ready and will just get wardec'd, especially now you have broadcasted it in gd, sorry to sound harsh but thats what happens

Before you can lead, you must learn how to follow.

Step 1: If you have to ask what to do with your corp, you probably shouldn't have created a corp in the first place.
Step 2: Find something to do and a place to do it in. Don't be one of those loser corps that says "we do everything" but really just leeches off your bounties.
Step 3: Find something to draw people to your corp. Offer safety in numbers (make sure you can back this up), offer teaching (make sure you can actually teach), offer something more than just a corp ore buyback and a teamspeak server.
4. HAVE A PLAN TO DEAL WITH WARDECS. Make sure everyone knows what they are and what they should and should not do under wardec. If your plan is "dock up for a week" you are unfit to be CEO.

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

Amazing!

No one is born knowing, I have simply asked for some advice to be able to move forward with my own corp.

It's not that they don't like it. But this is Eve - some players will like it in a way you may not appreciate. You also posted in GD, which is kind of the lowsec among the forum sections - of course, you weren't born knowing, which is why people told you.

You really got sound advice here, even if it may not be what you wanted to know. And here's another piece: If somebody's giving you good advice, and you are either not willing or capable to take it - at least don't answer. If you complain about the responses you get in GD, some people may take this as incentive to make your life in Eve ... interesting, let's say. Many consider the forums as part of the game, and if you mess up in some of the forum sections, such as GD or C&P, that may very well affect your game.

Excuse me, I actually gave you some advice. Good advice, too. Don't start a corp in EVE until you know what you're going to do with it, and understand what leadership really requires. That's my ******* advice. You're right, no one is born knowing. No one starts EVE on day one and has one half a clue of what to do in the game. Figure that out first.

See what you made me do now? You made my wardec finger twitch. I hate it when it does that, it makes me look triggered af. Please don't make me do that again, if it twitches too much, it might just go off on you.

you sort of asked a vague question "what can i do with my corp" we dont know because we dont where your skills are, what experience of the game you have, how many members and their skillsets etc. people always have goals when starting corps, you seem to have none so we cant help if you wont help yourself

again if you dont know then maybe join a more established corp to get experience.

The world is a harsh and nasty place, if you let them they will push you down and step over you.
It only matters how much you can take and keep moving forward.

Mate, that coming from an NPC alt with literally no killboard means literally nothing.

That's funny. Hilarious. 85% efficiency, 50% solo. How about that? He looks pretty good. It's not you, though, is it. Wanna know what's funnier? When I search your name, you don't exist. So I'll take you seriously when you actually shoot at something. Until then, stop being so jealous. Cheers, nub. Roll

This right here shows you don't yet have the temperament to be a successful ceo.

It's like level 4 missions in this game. People come in, here that "lvl 4 missions are the best you can get in high sec" so they want to do lvl 4 missions, so they post on the forums asking how best to use their Ibis in lvl 4 missions. After the laughter dies down we explain to them that lvl 4 missions aren't hard, BUT you have to know how to do them and be capable of flying ships with fits that can do them.

Basically, if you are asking such questions about lvl 4 missions, you aren't ready for lvl 4 missions. The exact same goes for many aspects of the game and corps are one of them. Corps made by inexperienced players almost never succeed or last for long. Your best bet is to join a corp that does whatever it is you want your corp to do. Learn from their success and errors, THEN do your own thing.

You know I said all this when I said, "before you can lead, you have to learn to follow". I realise it's a bit metaphorical, but come on! Crawl before you walk, walk before you run, etc etc. Are people really not getting it?
