Mining barge duration calculations

Not sure if I'm just missing something here if I did please tell me because its driving me insane.
Anyone else notice that the mining calculations on in game are different from actual numbers?
For instance:
using a coveter with t1 command boosts:

mining barge l4 = 8% cycle duration reduction
t1 command burst:
no mining director skills = 15% cycle duration reduction
coveter role bonus = 25% reduction in cycle duration

total 48%

180 * .48 = 86.4
180 - 86.4 = 93.6

so based on my math I should have a 93.6 sec cycle time on my strip miner.
I have 105.57 according to the game?
Am I missing something?

tested turning my mining foreman bursts off and noticed where the 4% is being lost. the command burst is only applying 10.35%

nevermind figured it out. the command burst does not apply the bonus to the actual base amount of the module but to the amount of the ships fitting, if that makes sense.

124.20(strip miner duration on ship with skills)
15% = 18.63
124.20-18.63 = 105.57

For future reference, bonuses from a different source (as in, a different skill or module) are pretty much always applied multiplicatively.
