I filed a support ticket last night, less than 12 hours later a GM had responded and taken action.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is some high quality customer service right there.

They always respond 12 hour or less to me, unless Im reporting someone to get him banned.

The 2 last times i have created a support ticket, it has been answered and resolved within 30 minutes. But still, within 12 hours is still nice though.

I created a ticket once when I hadn't played for about a year. I remembered having 3 accounts but had forgotten the user names and passwords. I sent the email off and 5 minutes later I received a reply with my account names and directions on how to reset passwords. That was the fastest ANY customer support has ever solved my problem.

Now if they could just solve the problem of CCP saying my debit card is no good and my bank saying there are no blocks on it and everything is in working order.

CCP customer service is first class.

Its not immediate, but far faster and far more expert than in any other game I've played since UO.

Despite delays due to ques, I have no concern whatsoever that all of my important tickets will be addressed as soon as possible, and with excellent personal service.

This, in particular, is why I dont mind paying for subs. CCP really does carry its weight in this regard.

I've never ever, in all my years, had any problems with GM's. Not that they always gave me what I asked for but it was always reasonable and decently on time (if you're used to EVE's standards). Few days ago I tried to get login info on a few old accounts of mine, I was shocked by how it only took 10 minutes for them to answer and help me.

Confirming,
pretty much any and all correspondence I've had with the gm/dev customer services have been prompt and satisfactory.

Also worth noting that I don't file stupid **** to them so it's understandable.

Tough love. The only kind of love in Eve.
