it will not recognize my blueprints when I try to install them and yes there's fuel in the Citadel

I have to log in and out a hundred times to get the blueprints to work

I am using a raitaru citadel

I'm experiencing the same problem in a NPC station, so the problem doesn't seem limited to citadels. I don't have to log in and out, but I have to try opening the industry window several times before the blueprint will load.

My issue was that it said I did not have proper access to my blueprint in order to research it. I was trying to install it remotely for efficiency research and the blueprint was in a container in the station, fully owned and accessible only by me. The process worked once I was docked in the station and I initiated the job from the blueprint itself.

Unfortunately I didn't test enough to discover if initiating the job from the blueprint tab, having the blueprint in a container, or if the blueprint currently being in a packaged state contributed to the issue at all.

Definitely a problem with the industry window at present. I'm having the issue in a station not a citadel. Looking at the CTRL - Shift - ALT - M window shows the request is called however it does not complete and requires a relog and attempt again to get it to work eventually.

I tested a bit this time and found that if the blueprint was taken out of the container everything worked fine, but blueprints that are in a container seem to be inaccessible through remote means. You have to actually be in the station to use them when they are stored like that.

can confirm. i can remotly do indy jobs if the BPOs are not in a container (just item hanger). If they are in a container i have to be dockd in the same station. Otherwise i get an error "Access to Blueprint denied".
