When I try to update/repair my test client, I get slapped to the face with "OverflowError: Python int too large to convert to C long"

Full traceback follows

Any workarounds for this?

Having the same problem. Reinstalled client 3x now into different directories. Win 7 64 bit 8 gig DDR3 RAM 300 Gig avail on RAID 0 (scary RAID) array. Repair via repair tool fails, as does repair via Sisilauncher application.

EDIT

This worked for me.

i stoped useing the SISI-Launcher its the main thing that keeps messing up logon.
i now use on the desk top icon "C:\Program Files\CCP\Singularity\eve.exe" /server:Singularity
works better.

Getting this issue as well. I haven't been using the SisiLauncher tool for awhile. So far, I haven't found a workaround for it, and have to make a fresh install every time Singularity updates.

Can we get a CCP reply for this issue? This has been an ongoing problem for over a month now.

Triple posting but I finally managed to fix this. I think something in my temp folder was causing the problem as the patches started working after I deleted the entire folder.

The only file I can find in there that looks like it has anything to do with CCP or EVE is CCP_checksum_cache_v003. Could I permanently delete this file without causing further issues in the future or should I keep it for now and just move it out the folder when I need to update sisi?

Yes you can delete these files.

The SISILauncher will create/download the data it saves in these cache files again.

Ran the launcher today and it fails here every time. Tried repeatedly to get it to work and I tried to manually launch the client and I get errors as well. Some help?

I tried ctrl-c ctrl-v'ing the error I got, but the forums seem to not like it then I do that. So here's a Google doc instead:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/14WU1YNbpxt59Lopi-xx8b7ulJZ0557ITazox5KGadtQ/edit

I got the first error after the was about to finish, but ended up failing to update. The second exception was given to me after the launcher had finished updating (poorly) and I decided I would see what happened when I opened up my sisi client again.
