The operation timed out: Unable to login to SISI

So I logged into SISI (2 accounts) on the 24th of this month to take part in the "mass login test" with no problem. However since the patch immediately following that test I have been unable to connect to SISI at all.

When I click on the launch account arrow it changes colour, changes to a square just as it should but then I get a large white box covering the centre of the launcher with a sad face icon and the message "The operation timed out".

This box just has a cancel button bottom right which returns me to the launcher. I have sat and tried for 10mins at times, always the same.

I have verified my cache which cleared no files and found no errors.

I am not too worried as this is SISI BUT I do not want this issue to make it to TQ. (which currently works no problem)

Anyone any idea? Should I bug report this? Is there a way of directing bug reports about SISI to the relevant people?

if you run log lite you will most likely notice

Yes I have seen those errors in both the launcher log files and the logfile files.

Will you please bug report this and attach both loglite and launcher log files. Launcher log files can be found in the "%LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\Launcher" folder.
