Looking for 4-6B loan. To be paid off in full within 6 months, offering this character as collateral.
Almost 5m SP centered on Industry and reprocessing, will be using ISK to produce and hopefully
cover full loan amount else I'll just buy PLEX and pay it off (would rather not).

Maybe you forgot about transfer amounts? Transfer for both ways would be 4 PLEXes, so about 4 bil.
If it's a 5mil char the most you'll get on bazaar is around 4bil.

So you'll be essentially getting a 2 bil loan (4-2(transfer plex)) = 2 bil

Not quite sure I caught what you mean.
But yeah 4B wouldnt be bad figure i can get BPOs i need and pump out
sales left and right.

What I mean is you want to put up your 5 mil character as collateral.

If you pay transfer fees, the loaner will get a 5 mil character which is worth about 4 bil on the market right now. HOWEVER, should you default, he'll need to sell the character. In which case he'll have to pay transfer, which reduces the character to 2 bil. Meaning that if you want to put up your 5 mil character as collateral, it'll be worth 2 bil as collateral
