as above which weapon system would be best for this activity i am looking for the cheapest method by this i mean i don't want to keep having to buy thousand's of missiles every hour
Can you do it with crystals etc if so what ship fit should i use?

Cheapest? Probably a max damage oracle with T1 MF crystals. Press F1 and go afk if not expecting any interference.

As above, max dps Oracle with t1 crystals, just make sure it's cap stable.

Or you could use a dominix (or any ship that has 5 sentries and lasers)

Most efficent dmg/ ammo cost... id probably go for a Nightmare with Tacs and Ogres... Only 4 guns and master laser dmg... assuming you cant use capitals ;)

Any Attack Battlecruiser fit with Polarized guns is a very solid choice.

Failing that, a handful of friends in Vexor Navy Issues with Ogres can chew through it while AFK. You just need someone to sit through it ready to gang warp the group to a safe POS if hostiles show up. This is a tactic I've used many, many times. Get all my USTZ mates into VNIs, start chomping away, gang warp to the POS when done and let Downtime log them out safely.

ProTip: Target Painters will work on a POCO!
