How to contact support?

I have 2 tickets in the support center, one is 1.5 days old, the other is 3. And there's not a single word of response in any of them so far.

What are the other ways to actually get in contact with technical support?

There isn't another way. Be patient Eve recently got a whole boatload of new free accounts, CCP are no doubt suffering with a bit of a backlog of support tickets.

You could post the problem here and see if anyone else has had the same issue and been able to fix it.

1.5 or 3 days? Wait two or three weeks, you are not alone in the queue.

Have you ever been to Iceland? They got quite a few GMs there. Please bring some bananas when you come back.

They published their weekly o7 Show yesterday, and there's some data from the support people about just how busy they are (they are swamped).

I wouldn't expect a response earlier than a week, maybe two.

A individual response to your ticket may take time as there is currently a large number of tickets being processed. Opening multiple tickets on the same issues will further delay response times across the board. Please be patient. CCP is aware of the hardship this is causing as everyone wants to enjoy killing internet spaceships and they are doing their best to address everyones tickets in a timely manner.
