give it some time, reset your client/game, and if everything still fails, submit/file a ticket.

Somehow I had the same issue, it took around 3 hours for it to update clone status. This never happened before Ascension, it seems they have some weird problems with alpha-omega transition.

There was a note from one of the CCP devs that said they were having some issues with the upgrade from Alpha to Omega. I read it yesterday so you might have to wait a short while for them to get it fixed.

Edit: You didn't say if you used a PLEX, but there is now an official announcement about issues with upgrading.

1-3 hours is typical. Not sure if there are any extra issues with it.

Are you sure you are still in Alpha state?

Or are you thinking you are simply because you still get the notifications on items and ships saying that you need to me Omega to use it? If this is the case, then don't worry about it. Omegas will always get those notifications, similar to how skillbooks would read "cannot be trained on trial
