Suddenly receiving skill points

So I decided to log in for a bit today and got a notification saying I have unused skill points(380k) available. Did CCP remove any skills lately because my other alt didn't get the it.

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

They had an issue where people logging with skills finishing in during a certain period lost SP, so they reimbursed them:

Oooh! So the WAS an issue? That explains everything.

I think I've probably trained Gallente Frigates to V two times since the last patch and it was driving me crazy!

Oh man my Panther lost like 100dps after the update i wonder if this is why..

No wonder I couldn't find out why it was not in the patch notes nor dev blogs. Thanks for pointing it out.
