Question about citadel rep timer

I thought this was supposed to be a 15 min window at the end of the vulnerability window, also...isn't the timer supposed to be paused when the citadel is being damaged? I had a situation today where one of mine got to 2min remaining. Had a person come in, hit it with drones only and it reset the timer to 15min instead of pausing it. So I went ahead and counter attacked, he warped off before I got a point on, and so I waited for the timer to go back down. It reached 1 min 40 sec and he shows up again and attacks it. Now the timer reset again to 15 min...I don't mind having to possibly defend a structure for that time and such, but it seems like if someone employed this method you would be in perpetual vulnerability. Has anyone had this issue before?

iirc and i only had 1 attacked, they have to hit a certain threshold to get it to pause. and it should not be resetting, so.. peition that

yes the vulnerability window should have finished during the first 15min repairing timer in your situation.
