An ISK Sink of Titanic Proportions

Seems like we have a lot of Titans in the game, and with blob warfare, it seems likely that the production of Titans will remain a high-priority for null-sec alliances. Sure, it takes a huge amount of resources to make a Titan. Why not make it such that it take resources to operate? Specifically, I propose that Titans (and potentially other super-caps) should require maintenance labor to run. And by labor, I mean NPC crew labor. NPCs that can only be paid in ISK. Essentially, there would be an ISK cost to run operate a Titan. How much ISK? Well, I'll leave those maths to the experts. I mean, how high a cost would be necessary to discourage an alliance from fielding 15+ Titans at once?

Titans were supposed to be rare. Restoring balance to the super-cap blob-style warfare is bound to upset some folks.

EDIT: And besides, the ISK "subscription" or NPC contract would likely be paid out of Alliance/Corp coffers anyway.

Well that idea that titans should be rare was simply a pipe dream and flawed. If something is good, people use it, like they dont use bad stuff, so unless you want to nerf titans to complete uselessness people with blob with them.

BTW for 50b ship titans are pretty bad already, you know.
