some unfairity between alt charactters and alt accounts?

with the new alpha clone changes, I'm now able to train all 3 of my alt accounts to max alpha, awesome stuff but what about the alt characters I have on these accounts, I'm unable to train these without plex??? seems unfair some change here would be good as nearly everybody runs alts.
