I killed a rat with a bounty of 950,000 isk but I only got paid 905,000.. this applies to every belt rat I'm killing
I wasn't in a fleet and no one else was on grid shooting or even near the belt i was killing rats

the corp I belong to has a 0% tax rate so thats not where the difference is going so I wanna know where my isk is going

Is it though?
Did they tell you that or did you check?

Check your wallet journal. It will show the bounty paid and any taxes deducted,

Open your Wallet, go to the Journal tab and look and see if there is an entry for tax paid. You should see the bounty payment there and you can mouse over that to get a list (usually truncated, but in the case of a single rat, there should be a single entry).

I see your corp is in null, the only explanation I can think of if you have no corp tax is the changes put in place with the new ESS - Encounter Surveillance System. Basically you only get 95% of the bounty payouts in null unless you have an ESS, then you get 80% and you can later "cash in" and get the last 20%.
