Secondly, it is Known.

Thirdly, it is Said.

Finally, it is Written.

The Gallente have a phrase, "Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose." The more things change, the more they stay the same. This is true of people and Empires.

You do have a very astute way with words though.

And seeing as we are all swearing oaths I think I'll repeat the form of words I got from Elsebeth Rhiannon.
