Alpha state persists if you pay or plex and are still logged in. Skill queues and all the bells and whistles need a relog to initiate. Annoying I know had the same issue if this is the case. Have you heard anything I've said? You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right? That's right. Had to end sometime.

The most common issue is that you are already an Omega, and you are reading static info text that never changes ... and expecting it would. If you are an Omega, you can ignore those restrictions.

Click on your portrait on the Neocom at the top-left, or use the shortcut ALT A. If there is a gold-on-black Omega (Ω) symbol next to your name at the top-left of the character sheet, then you are an Omega.

If you are an Alpha, you will see a white Alpha (α) character instead.

What amount of delay? What about reimbursement of Omega time then, is it automatic? Any more info on this matter? People want to know.
