Hi everyone, I know that a week ago I started to play and I'm new to most things, little by little I understand the game, but I had a big problem, buy a plex and use it badly, try to make me omega but in Only part that told me active, is in the part of creating another character, I confused myself and I activated it, now send tickets to the support to see if they can help me fix my problem, but they take so long to respond.

Anyone know if it is possible to recover the plex or change from double character to omega?

Unfortunately no one here will be able to give you a definitive answer. The GM team is pretty reasonable though, so I'd say wait for them to respond to your ticket!
