Kenbishi is currently hiring for Mentor positions as well as soliciting a few specific pilots. Alternate characters are completely welcome as long as legitimacy can be confirmed. This corporation is also a fully functioning body engaged in all aspects of industry and will be directly engaging in PVP to defend corporate assets. While almost all roles will have a shadowing young player, operations will be conducted under the direct guidance of divisional directors, until such a time as the shadowing player is considered competent complete basic tasks and follow appropriate safe guards and actions required.

Mentors may be players who have other primary characters involved in other affairs. Mentors are also in a direct position to recruit for their outer corp interests. Rather then despise this, we encourage this practice. However we must stipulate that any such recruitment by a mentor, a fee from the corporation be paid for the new recruit for the resources provided to train said recruit. While we encourage players to stay until they are on a learned path through EVE, we actively encourage corporations to recruit from us.

Every young member will have a grade recorded for their time at the corporation until they are deemed trained. When a player is considered having completed the training course, they have the option of staying at the corporation or moving on to other corporations.

As a member of this corporation your enrollment into EVE University for combat training when such a time as you have completed other portions of training is guaranteed. Each member will have the fee, ships, and modules supplied for the academy. Note that these will be of the minimum specifications as listed on EVE Universities info page. Slots in these classes are first come first serve registration, so enrollment will be kept in mind when you are approaching the time to begin combat training.

It is the goal of this corporation to operate as a fully functioning entity capable in any fields, technical or combative, while training players in all aspects of both Corporate Management and EVE itself.

While Kenbishi will hold no politics to bare, We reserve the right to halt hiring programs if the contracting company is abusive or mistreat new hires. Our customers are both the corporations and the new players. If one is unfit for an assignment, another will be reviewed. This is to protect everyones' interests at stake.
