Posting about customer support in forums does nothing but get your thread locked. Your ticket is placed in a queue and handled in the order it is received. Depending on the subject, the complexity of your issue, how backlogged customer support is( which is going to be high right now), and if you filed it properly determines how quickly it will be answered.


However, when your ticket is answered, it is answered by someone that handles those types of issues. Youre not going to go to a "representative" who is going to jerk you around for several days, weeks, months. The person handling your ticket will be able to solve it fairly quickly or they will escalate it to a senior GM who can solve it quickly.


Eve has an excellent support staff. You just need to have patience.

So this. No PR type that only reads from a script and if you're not in the scirpt, you are SOL types. When they get to you, they fix your problem. Done.

But there is a wait, generally days if you are not a priority. Weeks for complex issues or issues that require them to dig through logs etc.

A individual response to your ticket may take time as there is currently a large number of tickets being processed. Opening multiple tickets on the same issues will further delay response times across the board. Please be patient. CCP is aware of the hardship this is causing as everyone wants to enjoy killing internet spaceships and they are doing their best to address everyones tickets in a timely manner.
