Alpha clone killmarks

I podded a WH day tripper in their imicus earlier , they generated a killmail but no killmark and no Zkillboard listing. I don't know if they were an alpha but as they were an 18 month old toon which had never been in a corp, I've got to think they were either an alpha or an alt. Eitherway disappointing...

zkillboard will only add the killmail if a character on the killmail has added an API to zkill, the corp API is there, you've logged into zkillboard via SSO, or the CREST link is posted manually. It's a third party website, not a CCP website.

As to alphas generating killmarks, there is nothing in the rules for killmarks that says they won't and nothing in the patch notes that updated the rules for killmarks. So if they aren't, it seems more like a bug and is worth bug reporting through the F12 menu.

If you are registered with api on Z KB or any other it should show as a killmail. Check your combat log to make sure you did get the kill. Z KB is notoriously buggy and will miss kills.

I haven't tested Alpha kills if yhey show or not as Killmarks so cannot comment on that aspect.
