i agree that suport specaly for people who are not that familiar with english is needed so yes ccp pls help.

But also these comunitis can start help each other for example the germans have eveger wich is a germanspeaking eve forum where things get translated by players for players, also u can discus things there or ask questions.
something like that might help u guys a bit to help each other.

日本語サポートの継続には異議がありませんが、日本語サポート終了＝コミニティの崩壊につながるとは思えません。
実情は新規参入者を獲物にし、日本人同士のつぶし合いがはびこる中、課金者が減るのは必然だと思えます。

課金者が減れば、それに伴いサービスの縮小や廃止に繋がるのは止む負えません。
