Any good fitting sites out there?

Hi, been gone a while and was wondering if there are any good fitting sites out there preferably with active people there.

Back in the day i used battleclinic but thats gone so ...

Anything?

Well, most of the open fitting sites had a lot of fittings that were bad... like really bad. There are still sites like that - Osmium... But it's full o bad fits...

Uniwiki is kind of ok. Just google the ship's name with "uniwiki fittings".

The problems with fittings in the last year is that CCP made a big module-rebalance pass and some named modules from the old fittings won't fit anymore.

WIth ghost fittings included in-game, youre better off trying to make a fit yourself and then asking for advice.

I used to use battleclinic, until i figured out how to fit my own ships. All it takes is knowledge.

I agree with the first two replies combined.

Using the Eve Uni wiki is a great place to start when looking to fit a ship. You don't want to take it as the gospel truth by any stretch but it helps explain the ship and how it can be used and then gives some fits that are a decent starting point.

After that you will have to play around with the fits yourself to get something that works for you. Trial and learning will be a big part of it.

Also, ask in whatever in game chat channels you use for ppl to share specific fits.
