Looking for a pure race pvp pilot.

Im not looking for caldari sorry guys still not strong enough for me :), no industy skills no mining skill, no freight skills, feel free to extract before sales, because i am sure i wont include any of this SP in my valuation

I have isk ready, looking for about 50+mill sp, but must be fully skilled in all relevant skills, im not too fussed about cap abliity, as im more into sub cap fun.
Security status doesn't matter + or -

can you leave your links, but also your suggested price, i dont mind paying ok for a well trained toon, but for a 50m perfect sub cap i would expect to pay no more then 28-30b

Isk is ready, and so is my account,, lets get this new toon bought
