:SIREN: The verification email system might be fixed. :SIREN:

Tried logging in via launcher again today just for kicks, and blammo. Emails.

Thank you, CCP!

If you're one of the people who has access to your email account and was unable to complete verification due to lack of message-sending, try again.

Understand the reasons for this but the messaging and the time to sort this all out was a little short.

Also I verified my email address on my primary account, but use the same email address for all of my accounts, why did I then need to verify the same email address again for each of my accounts?

If an email address is verified why verify it again?

I like that this system no longer alarms any time my IP changes. Thanks guys.

There is one question: in the blog you wrote 'you can put additional layer of protection by enabling 2FA' and 'this overrides email notification system'. I see no 'additional layer' here. You disable one system and enable another one. I believe it is just wrong wording here.

This may be a bit unrelated to the subject at hand. But, I'd like to know if or When CCP plans to release the "Genolution Core Slot 5" and "Slot 6" implants into the game? As everyone already knows, the "Slave, Grail and Talisman" implant sets all have 6 slots. With the 6th implant giving a good bonus to any capsuleer that owns the entire set. I sincerely hope that this will happen with the Genolution set of implants. I say this because I have mates that want to play EVE. But, they always neglect to join because they don't want to get utterly smashed by those of us that have been playing the game and training skills for the past 8+ years.

You already get a bonus for owning the current Genolution set.

Anyway, how would this help new players? Old players would be able to buy the entire set too (and more readily afford them). Your friends would be well advised to join a new player friendly corp to benefit from teamwork. It makes alphas strong.

So familiar… Nothing seems changed in the past ten years. Tell your "mates" they are wrong. And explain, why.
If you've played for at least eight years, you can do that.

Hey,

fantastic update but pleeease it will need more space for contacts. 1024 is to small !!!! It´s no good enough with that limited space on it. More contact space for Corporations and more space for personaly standing to set would be so awesome.

Hello dear support team,

I have started the launcher on my PC, and I have clicked "Forgot password?".
After I have entered my email adress, I have received an link to a special new website, where ALL my accounts related to the mail adress are listed.

This are around 100 accounts.

In past I had to know the char name on the account, as a 2nd factor identification.
But on this website the account name and the chars on the account are listed.

This means, if somebody has access to my mail adress, the person can see all my accs and chars, and change the password without any problem?

As far as I rememeber, in past it was necessary to know the account name if I pressed the button "Forgot password?".

I have different passwords for all my accounts. I have offline spreadsheets for eve....
but if a hacker gets access to my fuckin email adress, he can change the password of each single account?
After changing the password, it is possible to change the mail adress and I would have no access to any account at all.

Totally stupid...
