Burst Jammer no longer working?

I run sleeper sites in my rattlesnake, I have a burst jammer fit to keep aggro off my drones, however since the patch the sleepers aggro my drones every 30seconds or so.

Before the patch the 'Ghost' Burst Jammer would jam the sleepers on occassion, as well as my own drones and the various cans.
i would consistently receive combat messages like "Locks broken on Awakened Escort" or "Locks broken on Talocon Drifter Hardware" along with my normal "246 hits Awakened Upholder" messages. Now I get no combat messages from the burst jammer, although it does give me a red timer. So it isn't jamming the NPCS, their structures, or my own Geckos, while still giving me 1min aggro timer.

I couldn't see anything about this in the patch so thought it must be a bug, but maybe I missed something you guys didn't?
