Dying to reactivate my old accounts, GM response please..

Hi all,

I have 2 accounts that have been banned for 1 year due to forum violations (go figure, originally it was 7 days, argued with dev made it a year). I tried to reactivate and to my surprise they are still banned. I have already opened a support ticket and replied my own tickets and still no response... weird. It's been over a week now and I don't know what to do. Any advice? :(

My hopes is a dev can see this and reach out to me. I would really love to get back to this game and it's been (2+ years since the ban) time changed I aged time slowed. I just want to enjoy this game so much and I'm getting quite anxious now and tips or advice I would be in debt to you. Thanks in advance
