/corp/Locations.xml.aspx CREST endpoint

I'm trying to search the current endpoint for the following XML API path:

/corp/Locations.xml.aspx

Access mask: 16777216

I can't see any relation between CREST scopes and XML API, can someone that already passed on this issue help me out?
