No items received from Steam Premium Edition

HI all,

hope that I am right here. Did not find anything using the Forum search and nothing in the Development Blog or the Known issues. Thats why I am asking myself if I am the only one having problems with the Premium Edition that can be purchased through steam. I Used the eve Account created by steam, completed the tutorial and finally checked ALT+Y. No items to redeem. The Account Management additionally shows that i am still on Alpha, although i have paid for the Omega Status. I opened a Ticket but it is quite old - no Reaction from anybody. I am Aware they have a lot to do these weeks ... but friendly: i paid for bonus content that should help me starting out. What Sense does it make if i get the starter bonus weeks later when i do Not need it anymore....?Ugh

You aren't alone, I am in the same boat. Bought the Premium Edition through Steam, no redeemable items available, and no Omega status.

I put in a ticket on Sunday, but still no response back yet.

Same - I put a ticket in yesterday. I've read that support is backed up around a week though.
