hot key for combat notifications

i disabled the notifications that pop up when attacking and being attacked by accident. what is the hotkey to reactivate it?

Do you mean the security feature?

If you want the pop-up, make sure the little green light on the top left of the UI is not red or orange. This little button is next to the shield/armor/hull HP indicator.

To change it, click on it and make sure its set to the "safe" green mode.

no i mean when i hit a player with my railguns it shows "200 to XYZ smashes"

Look under accessories for the log. I think that is what you mean
