Current wait time for customer support? Re; Missing Steam Package

Hi,
Does anyone know what is the current wait time for customer support? I filed a ticket re; missing steam bundle over two days ago and have not heard anything yet.

My feer is that if I keep going they might need to make a new account for the missing steam items and then I loose all of my progress.

It could be a few days, as they are quite swamped right now.

In the meantime:

1. Open the game and look at the toolbar on the left side of the screen. Above your character image you should see a button that looks like 3 lines, like this: = . That's like a Start button for the game, it will give you a list of all the in-game apps. Find the Redeem Items app, and check to make sure that your Steam bundle isn't there already.

2. Otherwise, support usually fixes the problem / gives you the missing items; they don't force you to make a new account.

3. But if you do need to make a new account, keep in mind that you can transfer money and items to your new account. You can't transfer skill points, but you'll be playing this game for a while; the few days of training that you have to restart aren't going to be that big a deal in the long term.

Support tickets are sorted by priority. Depending on the issue it could take anywhere from 15 minutes to two months. CCP is not a big company and I imagine they are getting a flood of support tickets right now with a lot of new players in the game. Really I wouldn't count on your issue being resolved any time soon. I don't think they would need to make a new account for you...but perhaps just think of whatever stuff is involved as being gone. They'll fix it for you eventually, I'm sure, but it will probably be a very long time.


EDIT: Do not submit more than one ticket about the same issue or asking how long as it actually slows down your ticket.

I'm not sure exactly which Steam Bundle he's talking about (maybe you can link it here?) but it could be anything from a few items and ships, to an activated Omega account / a PLEX in the redeem box / skill injector, ship, clothing outfit, etc.. So if he's supposed to be Omega but is limited to Alpha, that's not easy to wait for.

I'm in the same boat. Paid for the Premium bundle on Steam 2 days ago, logged in checked my redeem section and nothing there. Went to my account on their website still listed as a Alpha when I should be Omega. I would be fine waiting a few days on the stuff, but the no Omega is pretty irritating.

Oh, wow...yeah, that would be! That is really not ok!
If CCP is having a problem with accounts that are paid to be omega being alpha - then that's a big problem indeed!
I hope they get that solved for you immediately and make it up to you!

I think this is more for people that already had an alpha account, but wanted to upgrade to a core pack. Steam would not allow them to add it to the cart due to a preexisting account. If they completely deleted EVE, Steam would think it was gone but CCP still had the account. So the upgrade would work.

It's the cases like mine, where the package was bought for a fresh account, that I don't think this would work on. (I.E. can't re-add the pack without purchasing it again, and don't really wanna do that when I never got the items from the first purchase lol)

Same here, bought the core starter pack and still got nothing two days later.

I seriously feel bummed about this purchase, especially since you can't refund it on steam.
