Looking to buy as stated a C3 or C4. Prefer if it has a Astrahus or Fortizar or even a keepstar P there but open to empty space.

Would you be interested in a C3 with static NS? Astrahus anchored and have some other assets that can be negotiated (rolling BS, rolling HIC Rattlesnake etc).
