Pure and simple.

Bring back targeted Mercenary work to its former glory.

Granted it was a harsh mechanic against those on the receiving end, but this is Eve, and not some kitty online crap.

Or better yet instead of sitting on their asses doing nothing for bounty hunting mercenary play for 13 years give mercs some love and implement some actuall skills and mechanics that the watchlist was used for because nothing better existed.

The watchlist much like local in null, is a stupid idea and is just free intel and destroys surprise attacks.

The CSM gets in the way of CCP communicating properly with the players of this game.

After all we are not just players, we are customers.

Time for the CSM to be disbanded.
